PT Eurokars Motor Indonesia, part of Eurokars Group, officially launched its distributorship of Mazda vehicles in Indonesia in an inauguration ceremony which was held on 14 March 2017 at Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta. The event was attended by members of the media, representatives and officials from government institutions as well as the business and dealership partners of PT Eurokars Motor Indonesia.
Mr. Karsono Kwee, Executive Chairman of Eurokars Group, said: “We are very honoured to have gained the faith and confidence of Mazda Motor Corporation to be appointed as the sole distributor of Mazda vehicles in Indonesia. This appointment marks a major milestone for Eurokars Group. It also reflects the strong partnership between Mazda Motor Corporation and Eurokars Group which is well-qualified to run this distributorship, having achieved record sales since it took over the distribution of Mazda cars in Singapore in 2011. That is the kind of success that we are committed to pursue and replicate in Indonesia.”
Mazda, which is branded as the most premium brand of Japanese and made-in-Japan cars, will continue to deliver great driving pleasure and brighten the lives of all car buyers and car enthusiasts in Indonesia. Indeed, PT Eurokars Motor Indonesia will usher in the new era of Mazda in Indonesia by delivering a premium touch across all sectors of automotive vehicles.
“We are leveraging the knowledge, expertise and experience that we have gained from decades of experience in the automotive industry and from being a dealer for Mazda cars in Indonesia since 2007 and the distributor for the Singapore market since 2011 in our relentless efforts to grow Mazda into one of the top automotive brands in Indonesia. And we believe our journey to success will not be possible without the continued partnership and support of all Mazda customers, our principals, partners and suppliers,” said Mr. Kwee.
