PT Eurokars Motor Indonesia unveils two new Mazda models at GIIAS 2018
On 2 August 2018, PT Eurokars Motor Indonesia (EMI) participated in the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2018 for the second time as the sole agent and exclusive distributor of Mazda cars in Indonesia.
“Our recurring participation at this well-regarded event illustrates and underscores the commitment of PT EMI in developing and strengthening Mazda’s brand in Indonesia through the provision of leading Mazda models. We are also delighted to have the full support of Mazda Motor Corporation in Japan which is an assurance that we will continue to introduce the latest Mazda products in Indonesia,” said Mr Roy Arman Arfandy, President Director of PT EMI.
During the event, PT EMI exhibited 13 Mazda models that are currently available in Indonesia. In addition, two new models were also launched – the All-New Mazda6 ELITE Sedan and Mazda6 ELITE Estate, as well as the All-New Mazda CX-3 GT and Mazda CX-3 Touring. Both the Mazda6 and CX-3 models and their variants have been refined in appearance, performance and ease of driving.
“The Mazda CX-3 debuted in Indonesia in 2016, with sales of the car beginning in March 2017. The popular SUV Crossover which is fully imported from Japan has gotten a facelift for an improved design, dynamic performance and an increased safety and environmentally-friendly level. Ultimately, the facelifted All New Mazda CX-3 will strengthen the bond between the car and its owner,” said Mr Arfandy.
The All-New Mazda CX-3 facelift focused on three main aspects, namely, driving with optimal dynamic ability, performance driven by the improved SKYACTIV engine as well as improvements in the interior quality.
Mazda also conducted a third facelift for the Mazda6 – both the All-New Mazda6 ELITE Sedan and Mazda6 ELITE Estate have a more premium look, luxurious interior design and enhanced comfort in driving, coupled with the best cabin quality and best-in-class sound system from BOSE. The development team of Mazda is presenting the driver with a more relaxed and lighter driving experience this time around.
“We want to offer an improved performance which can be felt instantly when the driver requires it. Naturally, this will give greater assurance to the driver that they can rely on the car at any time, so that their driving experience with the Mazda6 can be more relaxed and enjoyable,” said Mr Arfandy.
Last but not least, customers who purchased a Mazda during GIIAS received a five-year Mazda Warranty or 150,000 km (whichever comes first). With the Mazda Warranty, Mazda customers will have access to the 24-hour Emergency Roadside Assistance (ERA) service simply by dialling 14051.
The Mazda Warranty is a collaboration between PT EMI and PT Sompo Insurance Indonesia (Sompo Indonesia).
