With the official opening of BMW Eurokars Flagship Centre and MINI Habitat on 23 October 2024, Eurokars Group is proud to announce the full embodiment of the BMW Group’s Retail.Next concept across its properties in Singapore. In less than two years, Eurokars Group has successfully rejuvenated over 200,000 square feet across 9 spaces within 4 facilities to enhance the premium services delivered to the BMW, MINI, and Rolls-Royce Motor Cars communities.
Eurokars Group, the leading and only official dealer in Singapore that represents all three of the BMW Group’s automotive brands, celebrates a significant milestone with the grand opening of its state-of-the-art BMW Retail.Next facility alongside the nation’s first MINI Retail.Next facility.

This 6-storey building blends sophistication with innovation on the first two levels, with the specially-curated showroom, customer lounge and delivery suite. Stepping into this seamless Retail.Next flagship centre, its discerning clientele will be warmly welcomed into a space that fosters interaction, deepens connections and builds lifelong relationships.
Equipped with Emotional Virtual Experience (EVE) player, BMW customers can immerse themselves in a fully customisable experience, visualising their desired car configuration. The personalised digital brochure can then be sent over, allowing them to review and share with their friends and family members. Leveraging on this digital capability, Eurokars’ customers can bring their imagination to life, making car-buying process more effortless.

Building upon the foundation of the Retail.Next concept similar to that of BMW Eurokars Flagship Centre, MINI Habitat carves out a haven space with the MINI philosophy. The focus is to create a personalised oasis that reflects a vibrant and individualistic nature.
Upon entering MINI Habitat, guests will be greeted by the cosy and lifestyle-oriented environment. There are three dedicated EVE corners, allowing MINI customers to explore their dream car configuration at a comfortable pace.
Spanning over three floors, besides the inviting showroom, this facility is also intricately crafted with hospitality lounge and delivery suite.
“We started the MINI dealership in Singapore in 2006 with the first-ever standalone MINI showroom in the world. Today, it is refreshed with the new Retail.Next concept and I am confident that this transformation will further elevate the customer journey and experience. Both the MINI Habitat and BMW Eurokars Flagship Centre share the integrated Service Reception at the ground floor of the conjoined buildings and their basement carpark, within 27 and 29 Leng Kee Road. Regardless of the reason of visitation – scheduling a maintenance, inquiring about parts, or simply seeking expert advice – this integrated hub ensures a streamlined and personalised experience.

Eurokars Group has taken another step forward in providing exceptional automotive care: the BMW Eurokars Fast Lane Service Centre and Certified Body & Paint Shop opened in March 2024, situated within the 430,000 square feet Eurokars Aftersales Facility at 27A Tanjong Penjuru, has been expanded and converted to the integrated full-fledged Authorised Service Centre for BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. This third authorised service centre is in furtherment to the Group’s commitment in delivering comprehensive and holistic vehicle support services to all BMW Group’s customers, to care and further enhance customer experience with convenience.
