Job Responsibilities:
Prepare documents for approval.
Monitor leave and overtime submissions for approval.
Assist with subcontractor POs and sublets.
Follow up on subcontractor activities.
Ensure office supplies are stocked and ordered.
Safeguard uniforms and safety boots; coordinate orders.
Know relevant KPIs for target achievement.
File, scan, and archive documents.
Support Warranty Department.
Update customer data
Submit warranty claims
Participate in warranty disposal
Ensure timely, error-free submission of warranty documents
Manage all warranty-related admin tasks
Provide Customer Care.
Liaise with call centre for customer requests
Assist with CCR-S and VOC scores
Follow up on feedback and requests from Service Assistant and Advisors
Monitor KPIs, inclusive of aftersales staff productivity, number of archived documents, etc.
Overall assist Aftersales Manager/Service Manager with administrative tasks.
Communicate aftersales marketing campaigns well.
Candidate Requirements:
Good general education, vocational/technical training, and first automotive work experience.
Professional Experience, long-term automotive work experience, professional admin experience for senior roles.
