Aftersales Admin Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare documents for approval.

  • Monitor leave and overtime submissions for approval.

  • Assist with subcontractor POs and sublets.

  • Follow up on subcontractor activities.

  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and ordered.

  • Safeguard uniforms and safety boots; coordinate orders.

  • Know relevant KPIs for target achievement.

  • File, scan, and archive documents.

  • Support Warranty Department.

  • Update customer data

  • Submit warranty claims

  • Participate in warranty disposal

  • Ensure timely, error-free submission of warranty documents

  • Manage all warranty-related admin tasks

  • Provide Customer Care.

  • Liaise with call centre for customer requests

  • Assist with CCR-S and VOC scores

  • Follow up on feedback and requests from Service Assistant and Advisors

  • Monitor KPIs, inclusive of aftersales staff productivity, number of archived documents, etc.

  • Overall assist Aftersales Manager/Service Manager with administrative tasks.

  • Communicate aftersales marketing campaigns well.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Good general education, vocational/technical training, and first automotive work experience.

  • Professional Experience, long-term automotive work experience, professional admin experience for senior roles.

  • Good customer service orientation.

  • Strong customer relationship building skills, communicating impactfully.

  • Problem solving skills.

  • Self-motivated.

  • Adaptable and willing to actively learn.
