Job Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner upon arrival.
Assist with scheduling service appointments and provide service details and pricing.
Coordinate with service advisors and technicians for timely vehicle completion.
Escort customers to the waiting area and provide status updates.
Assist with vehicle check-in/check-out, document condition, and obtain customer signatures.
Manage incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries courteously.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service reception and waiting areas.
Assist with administrative tasks: filing service records, preparing invoices, and processing payments.
Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
