Job Responsibilities:
Actively pursue sales leads and meet sales targets set by the company.
Support in-house business offerings (used car trade-in, financing, and insurance).
Build rapport and maintain close relationships with customers, addressing any queries.
Stay informed on competitor products and technologies to highlight the company's strengths.
Conduct needs analysis to understand customer preferences and provide suitable options.
Work closely with Sales Management, providing daily updates on sales and prospecting activities.
Represent the company and enhance the customer experience in the showroom.
Assist in maintaining the showroom and demo car fleet.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Sales Managers, Team Leaders, or GM.
