Responsibilities:
Assume the role of a Showroom Host, to greet customers, take order and serve them drinks and refreshments. To clear the serve wares after customer leaves
Office administration includes ordering of showroom and office supplies such as beverages, refreshments and office stationeries
Ensure overall cleanliness of the showroom and all showroom operating standards, ie. daily checks on the requirements for showroom display cars
Responsible for updating of sales materials at the customer lounge and showroom; replenish them materials when they run low
To attend to phone calls and general phone enquiries
Basic phone and email ethics
To track showroom traffic and reporting
Day-to-day mailing and dissemination of direct mailers, via mails or electronic means, to prospects and customers
Office administration such as ensuring office documents are dispatched to different department
To take on some CRM roles such as preparation of gifts to customers and prospects and arrange for dispatch
To help at Rolls-Royce events
Keep abreast with brand and market news and competitors' news
Taking meeting minutes
Assist in preparation and submission of ad hoc reports
Customer Relationship Management: Day-to-Day updates and data-entry
The Management may assign any other suitable duties from time to time
Candidate qualities:
Good communications skills. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin
Knowledge in MS Office such as Words, Excel and Powerpoint
Pleasant personality with a positive attitude
Self-motivated. Able to work independently as well as a good team player
Prior experience in hospitality/ automotive industry/ high-end luxury industry or hospitality will be an advantage
