Treasury, Corporate & Finance Assistant Manager

The incumbent will focus on reviewing contracts with banks, coordinating with legal counsels, and generating cash flow reports. Candidates with strong skills in documentation and attention to detail will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, analyze, and manage contracts with banks to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

  • Liaise with internal legal counsels to align banking documentation with company requirements.

  • Maintain comprehensive records of banking facilities, including a master database of accounts, charges, and utilization reports.

  • Oversee the preparation of directors' and shareholders' resolutions and ensure timely filing with regulatory authorities.

  • Assist with monthly management accounts and ensure accuracy in payment and receipt reviews.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to fulfill compliance requirements.

  • Manage the opening, maintenance, and closure of bank accounts and internet banking platforms.

Treasury Responsibilities:

  • Support cash flow management, including the preparation of weekly consolidated cash flow reports for short- and medium-term financial planning.

  • Provide assistance in bank loan management, including rollovers, drawdowns, and ensuring compliance with loan agreements.

  • Facilitate intercompany loans and trade financing transactions as needed.

  • Assist in identifying funding opportunities and collaborating with banks to evaluate and enhance financing options.

  • Support foreign exchange (FX) operations and related business requirements.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to build strong professional relationships.

  • Coordinate with the Legal Department and banking partners to negotiate terms and conditions in Letters of Offer.

  • Perform ad-hoc administrative and financial duties as assigned by management.

Educational Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a role involving significant administrative and paperwork responsibilities, preferably with exposure to treasury functions.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in administrative tasks, including contract review, record management, and compliance documentation.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Familiarity with treasury operations, including cash flow planning and bank loan management, is advantageous.

  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
