Insurance Claims Executive/ Officer

You will ensure seamless insurance claims processing, accurate repair estimates, timely vehicle delivery, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Service & Claims Management

  • Receive and record customer service needs; advise on repair scope, timelines, and costs.

  • Gather all required claims documents, supporting evidence, and authorizations efficiently.

  • Guide customers on accident reporting, BOLA liability assessments, and claims procedures.

  • Follow up with insurers on liability verdicts and escalate unjust decisions when needed.

  • Conduct damage assessments with Estimators and finalize accurate repair scope/cost estimates.

Repair Coordination & Vehicle Delivery

  • Create Repair Orders and communicate work scope, parts requirements, and delivery dates to Body/Paint Shop.

  • Coordinate replacement cars with leasing companies and secure customer belongings during repairs.

  • Monitor repair progress and provide regular status updates to customers.

  • Perform final vehicle condition checks, conduct joint inspections with customers, and ensure satisfaction before handover.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure all photos, documentation, and records are complete for claims submission and invoicing.

  • Maintain organized claims files and a clean, professional work area.

  • Handle customer complaints effectively and escalate when necessary.

  • Build strong relationships with insurers, Body/Paint Shop, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma with 3+ years relevant experience in automotive service/claims.

  • Certificate in Motor Vehicle or equivalent qualification.

  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital documentation systems.

  • Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents preferred.
