About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused Insurance Claims Advisor to support our Body & Paint operations. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end insurance claims process, coordinate vehicle repairs, and ensure customers receive a seamless service experience from vehicle intake through to collection.
Key Responsibilities
Attend to customers' enquiries and provide professional advice on vehicle repairs, insurance claims procedures, repair timelines and estimated costs.
Manage the end-to-end insurance claims process, including documentation, claim submissions and follow-up with insurers.
Guide customers through accident reporting and insurance claim requirements.
Prepare and maintain accurate claims, repair and invoicing documentation.
Coordinate vehicle damage assessments, repair estimates and repair schedules with the Body & Paint workshop.
Liaise with insurance companies, leasing companies and internal departments to ensure timely claim approvals and vehicle repairs.
Monitor repair progress and provide customers with regular updates on claim and vehicle status.
Coordinate the ordering and availability of required spare parts.
Conduct final vehicle inspections before handover and explain completed repair work to customers.
Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues professionally.
Build strong working relationships with customers, insurers and internal stakeholders.
Support departmental projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma, NITEC or equivalent qualification.
Experience in insurance claims, automotive service advising, Body & Paint operations or customer service will be an advantage.
Knowledge of motor insurance claims procedures is preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and administrative skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence (preferred).
