Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Rental Experience Ambassador. As a Rental Experience Ambassador in Eurokars Leasing, you will be the face of our business, ensuring that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout their rental journey. You will also be responsible for driving revenue growth through coordinating and optimizing day-to-day operations of our rental fleet and maintaining a welcoming and well-maintained lounge environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with the rental process – from welcoming them at the rental experience lounge to explaining rental policies, procedures, checking out/receiving rental vehicles and answering any questions they may have.

  • Verify and manage rental agreements, including proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

  • Coordinate the daily movement of rental vehicles to optimize fleet utilisation, ensure timely availability for customers, and streamline the rental process.

  • Execute quality control measures to ensure rental vehicles meet optimal safety and cleanliness standards.

  • Actively promote relevant additional services, upgrades, and products to customers to drive revenue growth and increase sales during the rental process.

  • Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and ambiance of the rental experience lounge, ensuring that the lounge remains a welcoming and comfortable space for customers to relax and wait for their rental vehicles.

  • Collaborate with other teams, such as sales, fleet operations and marketing, to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience across all touchpoints, amplify revenue performance, and facilitate efficient vehicle movement.

  • Continuously look for ways to enhance the overall rental experience for customers, providing recommendations and implementing improvements as needed.

  • Perform various administrative tasks related to rental operations, such as data entry, documentation, and record-keeping to support revenue tracking, lounge maintenance, vehicle movement planning, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, fleet management, or a related field is preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

  • Class 3/3A/3C driver’s license is a must, with at least 2 years of driving experience.
