Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding their vehicles, including receiving vehicles and opening Job Cards.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business, upselling, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Support technicians and workshop operations as needed.

  • Provide quotations and advise customers on expected service timelines.

  • Monitor recalls and campaigns to ensure they are completed whenever the vehicle is in the workshop.

  • Foster team spirit and maintain motivation within the service team.

  • Arrange chauffeur services for VIP guests or customers as required (for premium brands).

  • Deliver an exceptional brand experience to clients, ensuring high standards of appearance, behavior, and service.

  • Assist with vehicle pickup and delivery to and from the workshop.

  • Provide timely updates to customers on work-in-progress and back-ordered parts.

  • Accurately record vehicle service details during reception and ensure proper handover to customers.

  • Ensure all work-in-progress is completed within designated timelines.

  • Support marketing events and other customer engagement activities as required.

  • Perform ad hoc tasks such as vehicle washing, topping up fuel, and guest pick-ups.

  • Undertake any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
