Key Responsibilities:
Trade-in Quotation: Provide accurate and competitive trade-in quotes for potential sellers.
Vehicle Appraisal & Test Drives: Conduct thorough inspections and test drives to assess vehicle condition and value.
Trade-in Collection & Handover: Coordinate and manage the physical collection of trade-in vehicles, ensuring proper documentation and handover procedures.
Documentation Follow-up: Monitor and follow up on outstanding paperwork, missing items, or incomplete documentation to ensure compliance with company policies.
Contract Execution: Review, approve, and sign Vehicle Purchase Agreements, ensuring all terms are accurately reflected and agreed upon.
Market Awareness: Keep abreast of market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to inform trade-in decisions and maximise profitability.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure a smooth and efficient acquisition process.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all purchases, appraisals, and trade-in activities for management review.
